データの消し方

アプリ「うたいろ」（海外版の名前は Utairo）

アプリで消す

アプリの「設定」を開きます。
「アカウント」の「アカウントを消す」を押し、「消す」を押します。
サーバーにあるあなたのデータとアカウントが、すぐ消えます。
続けて、このスマホの中のデータ（曲・記録・アルバム・写真）を「残す」か「このスマホからも消す」かを選びます。

通信できなかったときは、消せたかどうか分からないので同期を止めます。電波のよいところで、もう一度「アカウントを消す」を押してください。Google のログインが切れているときは、「Google でログインし直す」でログインし直してから消してください。

消えるもの

サーバーにある記録（曲・マイソング・キーとメモ・アルバムと共有リンク・行った日・歌った曲）、みんなの記録の設定、AIの評価の回数と購入の目印、ログインの情報（Google をつないでいればメールアドレスも）。みんなの記録の数字からも、次の1日1回の集計で外れます。

しばらく残るもの

バックアップ：暗号にした毎日のバックアップに、最長7日残り、そのあと消えます。
Google Play の購入の記録：Google が持つもので、アプリからは消えません。広告なし・くわしい分析・両方セットは、新しいアカウントでも「購入を復元」で戻せます。使っていない追加10回の残りは戻りません。
スマホの中のデータ：「残す」を選んだときは、スマホの中に残ります。アプリを消すと消えます。

アカウントを残して、データだけを消す

アカウントを消さずに、データを1つずつ消すこともできます。消したものは、同期でサーバーからも消えます。

カラオケの記録：記録の画面の右上の「メニュー」から「記録を消す」。歌った曲と写真もいっしょに消えます。
アルバム：アルバムの画面の右上の「メニュー」から「アルバムを消す」。共有のリンクも開けなくなります。
マイ曲：曲の画面の「マイ曲から外す」。

消した記録やアルバムは、同期のための目印（中身のない行）だけがサーバーに残ります。中身は残りません。全部をまとめて消したいときは、上の「アカウントを消す」を使ってください。

アプリを消す前に

アプリを消しても、サーバーのデータは消えません。サーバーのデータも消したいときは、先にアプリで「アカウントを消す」を使ってください。

アプリを消してしまったときは、Google アカウントをつないでいた人は、アプリを入れ直して「別のスマホのデータを取り戻す」で Google でログインし、そのあと「アカウントを消す」を使えます。Google アカウントをつないでいない匿名のアカウントは、最後に同期した日から90日より長くたつとサーバーで自動で消えます（数日遅れることがあります。AIの評価で購入の目印をサーバーに送ったことがある人は、追加10回の残りを戻せるように残ります）。

How to delete your data

Delete in the app

Open Settings in the app.
Under Account, tap “Delete account”, then tap “Delete”.
Your data and account on the server are deleted right away.
Then choose whether to keep the data on this phone (songs, records, albums, photos) or delete it from this phone too.

If the app cannot connect, it cannot tell whether the deletion went through, so it stops syncing. Tap “Delete account” again where the connection is good. If your Google sign-in has expired, sign in again with “Sign in with Google again” first.

What is deleted

Records on the server (songs, My Songs, keys and notes, albums and share links, visits, songs you sang), your Everyone's scores setting, AI review counts and purchase tokens, and sign-in information (including your email address if you linked Google). You are also removed from Everyone's scores at the next daily aggregation.

What remains for a while

Backups: encrypted daily backups keep it for up to 7 days, after which it is removed.
Google Play purchase history: kept by Google and not deleted by the app. No ads, Detailed analysis and Both together can be restored under a new account with “Restore purchases”. Unused extra AI reviews are not returned.
Data on your phone: if you choose to keep it, it stays on your phone until you uninstall the app.

Delete only some data and keep your account

You can also delete data one item at a time without deleting your account. Deleted items are also removed from the server when the app syncs.

Karaoke records: on the record screen, open “Menu” at the top right and choose “Delete record”. The songs sung and photos in it are deleted too.
Albums: on the album screen, open “Menu” at the top right and choose “Delete album”. Its share link stops working.
My Songs: on the song screen, choose “Remove from My Songs”.

For deleted records and albums, only an empty marker used for syncing stays on the server; their contents do not. To delete everything at once, use “Delete account” above.

Before uninstalling

Uninstalling the app does not delete server data. If you want it deleted, use “Delete account” in the app first.

If you already uninstalled the app and had linked a Google account, reinstall the app, sign in with Google from “Restore data from another phone”, and then use “Delete account”. Anonymous accounts not linked to Google are deleted from the server automatically more than 90 days after the last sync, which may take a few more days (accounts whose purchase tokens reached the server through AI review are kept so that unused extra reviews can be restored).
