このポリシーは、うたいろ運営（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリ「うたいろ」（海外版の名前は Utairo。以下「アプリ」）で、利用者の情報をどう集め、何に使い、どこへ送り、いつ消すかを説明します。運営者の法律上の名前は、Google Play のアプリのページに出しています。日本語の版と英語の版がちがうときは、日本語の版を正とします。
1. 集める情報
- 利用者の番号：アプリを初めて開いたとき、名前もメールアドレスもない匿名のアカウントを自動で作ります。この番号で、あなたの記録をサーバーに分けて置きます。
- あなたが入れた記録：曲（曲名・アーティスト名・iTunes の曲の番号・発売日・曲の長さ）、マイソングの状態、曲ごとのキーとメモ、アルバム（名前・表紙の色・曲の並び・公開するかどうか）、カラオケに行った日（日付・店の名前・機種・一緒に行った人の名前）、歌った曲（キー・採点モード・点数・順番）、「みんなの記録に入れない」の設定。どの端末でも同じ記録を見られるように（同期）、サーバーへ送ります。
- 写真：アルバムの表紙や記録に付けた写真は、スマホの中だけに置きます。サーバーへは送りません。
- Google アカウント：引き継ぎのために Google アカウントをつないだときだけ、Google から受け取るログインの情報（メールアドレスと、Google が渡すプロフィールの情報）を置きます。
- 最後に同期した日：使われていないアカウントを片づけるために使います（7 を見てください）。
- 買ったもの：アプリの中の買いもの（広告なし・くわしい分析・両方セット・AIの評価の追加10回）は Google Play を通します。AIの評価の画面を開いたときと使うとき、くわしい分析・両方セット・追加10回の購入の目印（購入トークン）と品目、AIの評価の残りの回数をサーバーに置きます。カード番号などの支払いの情報は、運営者は受け取りません。
- 広告のための情報：広告を出すとき、スマホの広告 ID などの端末の情報を Google（AdMob）に送ります（4 と 6 を見てください）。
- クラッシュの記録：アプリが落ちたとき、端末の種類・OS の版・アプリの版・エラーの内容・直前の操作の記録（画面の移動など）を Sentry に送ります。利用者の番号は消し、アドレスの問い合わせの部分（? のあと）も消してから送ります。送り先が設定されている組み立てのときだけ動きます。
2. 使い道
- 記録を端末どうしでそろえる・別のスマホへ引き継ぐ
- あなたが公開したアルバムを、共有リンクで見せる
- みんなの記録（名前のない数字）を作る
- AIの評価の文章を作る（あなたが同意したときだけ）
- 買ったものを確かめ、AIの評価の回数を数える
- 広告を出す
- 不具合を見つけて直す
運営者は、あなたの情報を売りません。広告を出すために、スマホの広告 ID を Google（AdMob）に送ります（6 を見てください）。
3. 公開されるもの（アルバムの共有）
アルバムを「公開」にすると、共有リンク（https://utairo.pages.dev/a/…）を知っている人はだれでも、そのアルバムの名前・表紙の色・曲名とアーティスト名を見られます。写真・キー・メモ・点数・利用者の番号は見せません。リンクを知らない人は探せません。公開をやめる・アルバムを消す・アカウントを消すと、リンクは開けなくなります。ただし、ログインが切れてアプリが新しい匿名のアカウントを作り直したときや、別のアカウントへ切りかえるときに通信できず「このまま進める」を選んだときは、前に送ったリンクは開けたまま残り、アプリからは止められません。前の匿名のアカウントが使われていないアカウントの片づけ（7）で消えると、開けなくなります。早く止めたいときはお問い合わせください。
4. 外部のサービスに送る情報
- Supabase（データの置き場）：1 の記録・ログインの情報・購入の目印・最後に同期した日を置きます。置き場は日本（東京の地域）です。
- Apple（iTunes Search API）：曲を探すときに入れた言葉と、曲名を引くための曲の番号を送ります。
- 歌ネット：歌詞を探すボタンを押したとき、入れた言葉で歌ネットの検索のページをブラウザで開きます。アプリは歌詞を持ちません。
- Anthropic（AIの評価）：8 を見てください。
- Google（ログイン）：Google アカウントをつなぐとき、Google のログインを使います。
- Google Play：買いものと支払いは Google Play の条件で行います。AIの評価を使うとき、購入を確かめるために購入の目印を Google Play に送ることがあります。
- Google AdMob：広告を出すために、広告 ID・端末の情報・おおまかな場所（IP アドレスから）などを Google が使います。くわしくは Google のポリシー（https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites）を見てください。
- Sentry：1 のクラッシュの記録を送ります。
- GitHub（バックアップの置き場）：暗号にした毎日のバックアップを最長7日置きます。合言葉がないと開けません。
- Cloudflare（共有ページとこのページを出す）：ページを開いた人の IP アドレスやブラウザの情報などのアクセスの情報が届きます。
日本の外の会社に渡すこと（個人情報保護法 第28条）
次の会社は日本の外にあります。国・会社と、渡す情報は次のとおりです。
- アメリカ・Supabase, Inc.：1 の記録・ログインの情報・購入の目印・最後に同期した日（置き場は日本の東京の地域）
- アメリカ・Anthropic, PBC：AIの評価に同意したときの、記録の数字・曲名・歌手名・行った日（8）
- アメリカ・Google LLC：Google のログイン（Google アカウントをつなぐとき）、AdMob（広告 ID・端末の情報・IP アドレスなど）、Google Play（買いものと購入の目印）
- アメリカ・Functional Software, Inc.（Sentry）：クラッシュの記録（1）
- アメリカ・GitHub, Inc.：暗号にした毎日のバックアップ（7）
- アメリカ・Cloudflare, Inc.：共有ページとこのページを開いた人のアクセスの情報（IP アドレス・ブラウザの情報など）
- アメリカ・Apple Inc.：曲を探すときに入れた言葉と曲の番号（iTunes Search API）
これらの会社は、それぞれのデータの取り扱いの条件（データ処理の契約や規約）によって、日本の個人情報保護法で求められる措置に相当する措置を続けて取るための体制を整えています。運営者は、その体制のもとで情報を渡しています。その措置についてくわしい情報は、お問い合わせの窓口から求めがあればお知らせします。
5. みんなの記録
同期でサーバーにある記録から、1日1回、名前のない数字だけを作り、アプリを使う人に見せます。使うのは、iTunes の曲の番号がある曲の点数・キー・機種・採点モードと、行った日（回数を含む）だけです。名前・店・一緒に行った人・メモ・写真は使いません。1つの数字に10人以上が入るときだけ数字を作り、人数は幅で出します。アカウントを作ってから7日たち、行った日が2日以上ある人だけを数えます。
設定の「自分の記録をみんなの数字に入れない」で外せます。変えた設定は、同期が動いているときにサーバーへ届き、次の1日1回の集計から数字に表れます。
6. 広告
アプリは Google AdMob で広告を出すことがあります。運営者は、あなたの情報を売りません。広告を出すために、スマホの広告 ID を Google（AdMob）に送ります。
あなたが選べること：
- スマホの広告 ID の設定：スマホの設定で、広告 ID を消したり作り直したりできます（Android では「設定」の「プライバシー」や「Google」の中の「広告」。場所は端末によってちがいます）。
- 広告の同意：法律で同意が要る地域（ヨーロッパ経済領域・イギリスなど）では、Google の同意の画面（User Messaging Platform）で、広告のための情報の使い方を選べます。選び直すときは、アプリの「設定」の「広告の同意をやり直す」を使います。
- 広告なし：「広告なし」を買うと、広告は出ません。
7. 残す期間と消し方
- アカウントを消す：アプリの「設定 → アカウント → アカウントを消す」で、サーバーにあるあなたの記録とアカウントがすぐ消えます。手順は データの消し方 にあります。
- アプリの中で1つずつ消した記録：消したあとの次の同期で、その中身（曲名・メモ・店の名前・一緒に行った人の名前など）がサーバーから消えます。端末どうしで消したことをそろえるため、番号・日時・消した印だけがサーバーに残り、アカウントを消したときか、下の使われていないアカウントの片づけのときに消えます。消す前の中身は、暗号にしたバックアップに最長7日残ります。
- バックアップ：サーバーのデータ（ログインの情報も含む）は毎日、暗号にしてバックアップを取ります。消したデータも、バックアップに最長7日残り、そのあと消えます。
- 使われていないアカウント：Google アカウントをつないでいない匿名のアカウントは、最後に同期した日から90日より長くたつと、サーバーの記録ごと消します（数日遅れることがあります）。ただし、AIの評価を使うときにくわしい分析・両方セット・追加10回の購入の目印がサーバーに届いている人は、追加10回の残りを戻せるように消しません。広告なしだけを買った人は、ほかの匿名のアカウントと同じく消えます（広告なしは Google Play の「購入を復元」で戻せます）。スマホの中の記録は残り、次にアプリを開いたとき新しいアカウントで送り直します。
- アプリを消したとき：アプリを消しても、サーバーのデータは残ります。消したいときは、アプリを消す前に「アカウントを消す」を使ってください。
- スマホの中のデータ：アプリを消すか、アカウントを消すときに「このスマホからも消す」を選ぶまで、スマホの中に残ります。
- AIの評価：答えはスマホの中に新しい順で20件まで残します。
8. AIの評価
AIの評価を初めて使うとき、何を送るかを見せて同意を聞きます。同意したときだけ、記録の数字（点数・キー・機種・採点モード）と曲名・歌手名・行った日を、運営者のサーバーを通して Anthropic（AI の会社）へ送り、文章を作ります。写真・一緒に行った人の名前・店の名前・メモ・アカウントの情報は送りません。運営者のサーバーは、送った中身を残さず、回数と結果の種類だけを記録します。答えはスマホの中にだけ残します（20件まで）。
Anthropic は、API を通して送られた内容と、それへの答えを、初めの設定では AI の学習に使いません。また、受け取ってから30日以内に消します。ただし、Anthropic の利用の決まり（Usage Policy）を守らせるためや、法律で求められるときは、より長く残すことがあります（Anthropic のプライバシーセンターの説明による）。アプリには、AIの答えへの評価（フィードバック）を送るボタンはありません。
9. 子どもの情報
アプリは年齢を問わず使えます。年齢の確認はしません。13歳未満の人は、保護者の人と一緒に、この説明を読んでから使ってください。アプリの中で買うときは、Google Play の保護者の設定にしたがいます。
10. 安全のために
通信は暗号にしています。サーバーでは、本人の行だけを読み書きできるようにしています。バックアップは暗号にして置きます。
11. このポリシーを変えるとき
変えるときは、このページで知らせ、最終更新の日を直します。
Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Utairo (the “operator”) collects, uses, shares and deletes information in the app Utairo (うたいろ in Japan; the “app”). The operator’s legal name is shown on the app’s Google Play store listing. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information we collect
- A user number: the first time you open the app, it creates an anonymous account with no name or email address. Your records are stored on the server under this number.
- The records you enter: songs (title, artist, iTunes track number, release date, length), My Songs status, keys and notes per song, albums (name, cover color, song order, whether it is public), karaoke visits (date, venue name, machine, names of people you went with), and songs you sang (key, scoring mode, score, order), plus the “Leave my records out of everyone's numbers” setting. They are sent to the server so that you see the same records on every device (sync).
- Photos: photos for album covers and records stay on your phone. They are never sent to the server.
- Google account: only if you link a Google account for transfer, we store the sign-in information Google provides (email address and profile information).
- The last day you synced: used to clean up unused accounts (see 7).
- Purchases: in-app purchases (No ads, Detailed analysis, Both together, and 10 extra AI reviews) go through Google Play. When you open or use AI review, the server stores the purchase tokens and product IDs for Detailed analysis, Both together and the 10 extra reviews, and your remaining AI review count. The operator never receives card numbers or other payment details.
- Advertising information: when ads are shown, device information such as your phone’s advertising ID is sent to Google (AdMob) (see 4 and 6).
- Crash reports: when the app crashes, the device model, OS version, app version, error details and a short trail of recent actions (such as screen changes) are sent to Sentry. The user number and the query part of web addresses (after “?”) are removed first. This only runs in builds where a destination is configured.
2. How we use it
- To sync your records across devices and transfer them to a new phone
- To show albums you made public through their share link
- To make Everyone's scores (numbers without names)
- To write AI reviews (only with your consent)
- To check purchases and count AI reviews
- To show ads
- To find and fix bugs
We do not sell your data. To show ads, the advertising ID on your phone is sent to Google (AdMob) (see 6).
3. What becomes public (album sharing)
When you make an album public, anyone with its share link (https://utairo.pages.dev/a/…) can see the album name, cover color, and song titles and artists. Photos, keys, notes, scores and your user number are not shown. The link cannot be found without knowing it. It stops working when you make the album private, delete the album, or delete your account. However, if your sign-in is lost and the app creates a new anonymous account, or if you choose “Continue anyway” when switching accounts without a connection, links you shared before keep working and cannot be turned off from the app. They stop working when the old anonymous account is removed in the unused-account cleanup (see 7). Contact us if you want them stopped sooner.
4. Information sent to other services
- Supabase (data storage): stores the records in 1, sign-in information, purchase tokens and the last day you synced, in Japan (the Tokyo region).
- Apple (iTunes Search API): receives the words you search for and track numbers used to look up song titles.
- Uta-Net (歌ネット): when you tap the lyrics search button, the app opens Uta-Net’s search page in the browser with your words. The app does not contain lyrics.
- Anthropic (AI review): see 8.
- Google (Sign-in): used when you link a Google account.
- Google Play: purchases and payments follow Google Play’s terms. When you use AI review, purchase tokens may be sent to Google Play to check the purchase.
- Google AdMob: to show ads, Google uses the advertising ID, device information, approximate location (from the IP address) and similar data. See Google’s policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
- Sentry: receives the crash reports in 1.
- GitHub (backup storage): keeps the encrypted daily backups for up to 7 days. They cannot be opened without the passphrase.
- Cloudflare (serves the share pages and this page): receives access information such as the IP address and browser details of people who open the pages.
Transfers to companies outside Japan (Article 28 of Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information)
The following companies are located outside Japan. The country, the company and the data each one receives are:
- United States, Supabase, Inc.: the records in 1, sign-in information, purchase tokens and the last day you synced (stored in Japan, in the Tokyo region)
- United States, Anthropic, PBC: record numbers, song titles, artists and visit dates when you agree to AI review (see 8)
- United States, Google LLC: Google Sign-in (when you link a Google account), AdMob (advertising ID, device information, IP address and similar data) and Google Play (purchases and purchase tokens)
- United States, Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry): crash reports (see 1)
- United States, GitHub, Inc.: encrypted daily backups (see 7)
- United States, Cloudflare, Inc.: access information (IP address, browser details and similar data) of people who open the share pages and this page
- United States, Apple Inc.: the words you search for and track numbers (iTunes Search API)
Through their data processing terms, these companies maintain systems for continuously taking measures equivalent to those required under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and the operator provides data to them on that basis. More information about these measures is provided on request through the contact address.
5. Everyone's scores
Once a day, the server makes numbers without names from synced records and shows them to app users. Only scores, keys, machines and scoring modes for songs with an iTunes track number, and your visit dates (including how often you go), are used. Names, venues, companions, notes and photos are not used. A number is made only when 10 or more people are in it, and head counts are shown as ranges. Only accounts that are at least 7 days old and have visits on 2 or more days are counted.
You can opt out with “Leave my records out of everyone's numbers” in Settings. The change reaches the server when sync is running and takes effect from the next daily aggregation.
6. Ads
The app may show ads through Google AdMob. We do not sell your data. To show ads, the advertising ID on your phone is sent to Google (AdMob).
Your choices:
- Your phone’s advertising ID settings: you can delete or reset the advertising ID in your phone’s settings (on Android, under “Ads” in the “Privacy” or “Google” settings; the place differs by device).
- Ad consent: in regions where consent is required by law (such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you can choose how your information is used for ads on Google’s consent screen (User Messaging Platform). To choose again, use “Ad privacy choices” in the app’s Settings.
- No ads: if you buy No ads, no ads are shown.
7. Retention and deletion
- Deleting your account: Settings → Account → Delete account in the app deletes your records and account on the server right away. See How to delete your data.
- Records you delete one by one in the app: at the next sync after you delete them, their content (song titles, notes, venue names, companions’ names and so on) is removed from the server. To keep devices in step, only their number, dates and a deleted mark stay on the server, until you delete your account or the account is removed in the unused-account cleanup (below). The content from before the deletion remains in encrypted backups for up to 7 days.
- Backups: server data (including sign-in information) is backed up daily in encrypted form. Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 7 days, after which it is removed.
- Unused accounts: anonymous accounts not linked to Google are deleted from the server, with their records, more than 90 days after the last sync (this may take a few more days). Accounts whose purchase tokens for Detailed analysis, Both together or 10 extra reviews have reached the server through AI review are kept, so that unused extra reviews can be restored. Accounts that only bought No ads are deleted like other anonymous accounts (No ads can be restored with “Restore purchases” in Google Play). Records on your phone remain, and the app sends them again under a new account the next time you open it.
- Uninstalling: uninstalling the app does not delete server data. If you want it deleted, use “Delete account” before uninstalling.
- Data on your phone: stays on your phone until you uninstall the app or choose “Delete from this phone too” when deleting your account.
- AI reviews: up to the 20 most recent answers are kept on your phone.
8. AI review
The first time you use AI review, the app shows what will be sent and asks for your consent. Only if you agree, your record numbers (scores, keys, machines, scoring modes) together with song titles, artists and visit dates are sent through the operator’s server to Anthropic (an AI company) to write the text. Photos, companions’ names, venue names, notes and account information are not sent. The operator’s server does not keep what was sent; it records only counts and the type of result. Answers are kept only on your phone (up to 20).
By default, Anthropic does not use inputs and outputs sent through its API to train its models. It deletes them within 30 days of receipt, except where they are kept longer to enforce its Usage Policy or to meet legal requirements (as described in Anthropic’s Privacy Center). The app has no button for sending feedback on AI answers.
9. Children
Anyone can use the app regardless of age, and we do not check ages. Children under 13 should read this policy with a parent or guardian before using the app. Purchases in the app follow the parental controls of Google Play.
10. Security
Communication is encrypted. On the server, each person can read and write only their own rows. Backups are stored encrypted.
11. Changes to this policy
We will announce changes on this page and update the date above.
