利用規約

この規約は、うたいろ運営（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリ「うたいろ」（海外版の名前は Utairo。以下「アプリ」）を使うときの決まりです。アプリを使うと、この規約に同意したものとします。運営者の法律上の名前は、Google Play のアプリのページに出しています。日本語の版と英語の版がちがうときは、日本語の版を正とします。
1. 使える人
アプリは年齢を問わず使えます。13歳未満の人は、保護者の人の同意のうえで使ってください。
2. してはいけないこと
- ほかの人の権利（著作権・肖像権・名誉・プライバシーなど）を侵す名前やメモを、アルバムの公開で人に見せること
- 人を傷つける・だます・法律に反する内容を公開すること
- いたずら（たくさんのアカウントを作ってみんなの記録を動かす、サーバーに無理な負担をかける、AIの評価や買いもののしくみを不正に使う、アプリを分解・改変するなど）
公開したアルバムに問題があれば、アルバムのページの「このページを報告」か、お問い合わせのメールで知らせてください。確かめて、この規約に反するものは公開を止めることがあります。
これに反したときは、公開を止める、アカウントを消すなどをすることがあります。
3. 歌詞と採点
アプリは歌詞を持たず、歌声の採点もしません。点数は、あなたがカラオケの機械の点数を入れたものです。歌詞を探すボタンは、外のサイト（歌ネット）を開くだけです。
4. データについて
運営者は、あなたのデータをできるだけ守るようにしますが、アプリは無料で使えるサービスのため、データが消えたり壊れたりしないことまでは約束できません。大事な記録は、スマホの中にも残るようにしています。
5. AIの評価
AIの評価は、記録の数字をもとに AI が書いた参考の文章です。内容が正しいこと・役に立つことは約束できません。
6. 広告
アプリには広告が出ることがあります。「広告なし」を買うと、広告は出ません。
7. アプリの中の買いもの
買いものと支払いは Google Play の条件で行います。払い戻しは、Google Play の払い戻しの決まりにしたがいます。くわしくは 特定商取引法に基づく表記 を見てください。
8. 変更と終了
アプリの中身を変えたり、アプリの提供をやめたりすることがあります。やめるときは、できるだけ前もって知らせます。
9. 責任の範囲
運営者の故意（わざと）または重大な過失（大きな不注意）によって利用者に損害が生じたときは、運営者はその損害のすべてを賠償します。
運営者の軽い過失（重大な過失ではない過失）によって利用者に損害が生じたときは、損害が生じた日より前の12か月のあいだに利用者が運営者に払った金額の合計と、1万円のうち、高いほうを上限として、賠償します。
10. 規約を変えるとき
規約を変えるときは、このページで知らせ、最終更新の日を直します。変えたあとにアプリを使うと、変えた規約に同意したものとします。
11. 法律と裁判所
この規約は日本の法律にしたがいます。この規約やアプリについての争いは、運営者の住所を受け持つ地方裁判所を、第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms apply when you use the app Utairo (うたいろ in Japan; the “app”) provided by Utairo (the “operator”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. The operator’s legal name is shown on the app’s Google Play store listing. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Who can use the app
Anyone can use the app regardless of age. Children under 13 should use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. What you must not do
- Make public, through album sharing, names or notes that infringe other people’s rights (copyright, portrait rights, reputation, privacy and so on)
- Make public anything that hurts or deceives people or breaks the law
- Abuse the app (creating many accounts to skew Everyone's scores, overloading the server, misusing AI review or purchases, taking apart or modifying the app, and so on)
If a shared album has a problem, please tell us with “Report this page” on the album page or by email. We will check, and may stop sharing anything that breaks these terms.
If you do, we may stop sharing or delete the account.
3. Lyrics and scoring
The app contains no lyrics and does not score your singing. Scores are the ones you enter from the karaoke machine. The lyrics search button only opens an outside site (Uta-Net).
4. Your data
We do our best to protect your data, but because the app is a free service, we cannot promise that data will never be lost or damaged. Your records are also kept on your phone.
5. AI review
AI reviews are reference texts written by AI from your record numbers. We do not promise that they are accurate or useful.
6. Ads
The app may show ads. If you buy No ads, no ads are shown.
7. In-app purchases
Purchases and payments follow Google Play’s terms. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. See also the Notice under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may change the app or stop providing it. If we stop, we will try to let you know in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
If the operator’s intent or gross negligence causes damage to a user, the operator is liable for all of that damage.
If the operator’s slight negligence (negligence that is not gross) causes damage to a user, the operator is liable up to the greater of the total amount the user paid to the operator in the 12 months before the damage occurred and 10,000 yen.
10. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes on this page and update the date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you agree to the new terms.
11. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over the operator’s address has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute about these terms or the app.
